Chris & Terri Dunn

In February 1999, Chris & Terri came to know Christ. Since then, their lives have completely changed. They are grateful for the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others through One Body Ministries. They cannot imagine how their lives would be without Jesus; He has opened many doors for ministry, outreaches, and blessings that they could never have imagined.

Like all of us, the Dunn’s are a couple that – without God – would be nothing. They could never repay God for what He has brought them through and what He has done for them, both as individuals and as a family.

“We look forward to serving our Lord for the rest of our lives. We are blessed beyond words and truly excited for this Ministry! We want to encourage you to be a part of this experience with us! God has brought us through so much that it would take our writing a book to share all of the miracles He has performed in our lives. Christopher (Chris) Dunn

Chris currently attends High School and is looking forward to what God has in store for his life.  Chris is actively involved in helping with the renovation of the One Body Ministries outreach Center.  He also helps with the different outreaches that the Ministry is involved with.  Chris cannot wait to see all the lives touched thru the Ministry.

Ruben & Carmen Sanchez

Ruben & Carmen have been married for 12 years. The Lord has blessed them with two beautiful little girls whom they named Elena and Myah. They couldn’t be more excited about the Lord’s blessings over their marriage. They have experienced moments of both good and bad in their shared life together, but the love they have for one another and for their Lord and Savior has been what has allowed them to get through it all. As they have grown as a couple and now as a family, the Lord will continue to remain their center point and focus. Ruben & Carmen believe that without Him in their lives, they are nothing. They feel very blessed to have been saved by Him. “We serve an awesome God and are honored that we can show the love of Christ by serving others through One Body Ministries!”

Steve & Teresa Ruark

Once high school sweethearts, Steve & Teresa were married 22 years ago. Since then, the Lord has blessed them with five healthy children. Steve & Teresa have gone through both awesome times and extremely difficult times; but the Lord has always brought them through. He has been faithful in keeping all of His promises and keeping His hand of protection and guidance on their family. “We are glad to serve Him, together, as a family!”

Alex & Michelle Small

Alex & Michelle met through a mutual friend in 1994 and have been together ever since. Finding themselves in a despondent, unhappy marriage in 2005 they connected with One Body Ministries, Inc. soon after becoming members of Faith Community Church. "God was missing from our lives and from our marriage. Without Him, we are sure our marriage would have ended in divorce." In August 2009, God poured out His blessings upon them as they welcomed their sweet little boy, Jackson into the world. They have a passion for helping others and feel blessed when given the opportunity to share God’s hope and grace with those in need of encouragement. “Every day is a gift, so we try to make the most of each moment that we have together. We can’t wait to see what God has in store, not only for our future, but for the future of One Body Ministries!”

Spencer Ruark

Spencer, who is 22 years old, graduated from Perry Meridian High School (Indianapolis, IN) in 2007. He is currently attending Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK. Spencer is preparing for whatever God has planned next for him. His passion is to win the lost and encourage those who already believe; while continuing to grow each day in Christ.

Jake is 25 years old and attended Guilford High School in Rockford, IL. He is a current student at Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK. Jake is getting equipped to fulfill God’s call on his life. His passion is to share joy and hope through Jesus Christ with those who don't yet have a relationship with Him.

Gail Wood

Gail and her husband Ken are the parents of six children and 15 grandchildren. God has shown Himself to be faithful to them through the years in miracles of physical healing and provision. Gail has been a Bible Teacher for more than 30 years. She has been a member of Faith Community Church for 31 years and a part of One Body Ministries since 2007. Her heart's desire is to finish her life strong - serving God through her church, community, and One Body Ministries.

Bill & Lynda Drennon

A few short years ago Bill and Lynda, in agreement with Jesus Christ, decided that it was time for their lives to take on a new direction. On August 13, 2006, in a river located in the mountains of Tennessee, Bill and Lynda were baptized with water by a humble, yet powerful, man of God named Brian Findley. On this day, the Drennon's agreed to give their lives to the Lord. They buried their past as their new life in Christ began. Passionately seeking the Lord has become a way of life for the Drennon's.

Bill and Lynda have been blessed with five awesome children, ranging in age from seven to twenty-seven years. It has been a blessing for them to watch the growth of Christ in their children’s lives while they anxiously wait to see what the Lord has planned.

Having been sent to One Body Ministries through nothing less than a miracle, the Drennon's have not only been humbled by this remarkable experience, but have learned there is no greater honor or blessing than being given the opportunity to serve Jesus Christ. Bill and Lynda believe that they were brought into ministry through the guidance of the Holy Spirit; and plan to continue to serve the Lord each and every day.

Denver (DJ) Franklin

Denver, known as DJ, graduated from high school and now works a full time job, in his spare time he likes to be involved with the Ministry in whatever way he can.  DJ hopes to assist in the Media and sound once the building is complete.  DJ is looking forward for the building’s completion and what God has in store for it.

Tony & Carrie Purkhiser

We have been married for 18 yrs. We have two children and adopted my sister's kids. Our whole family came to Jesus almost 5 years now and it has been an awesome thing ever since.. We see God in our lives and the lives of others and it's an  amazing thing. We love the Lord and we have servants hearts and want to help out anyway God wants us to help. We are excited to be a part of One Body and hope to help and see lives change. We feel very blessed and we want to bless others and share the good news.
